February has been an inspiring month filled with learning, participation, and memorable milestones. From strong educational progress and engaging meetings to members stepping up in roles across clubs, the Medley spirit of growth and collaboration continues to shine.

Educational Highlights: 100% Pathways Enrollment, 10/10 DCP Progress, 7 Project Speeches, 6 New Members Added, 7 First-Time Role Players, 3 Level Completions, 3 Advanced Project Speeches, and 27 Members Renewed so far.

Member Recognition: TM Sri Annapoorani was awarded Rising Star of the Month, and TM Abirami A received the Star of the Month — both inspiring the club with their dedication and growth.

Service Beyond Medley Meetings: DTM Thomas TA, DTM Guruprasad P, TM Dinesh CJ, DTM Nandini D, and TM Rajasekaran M represented Medley through contest and meeting roles at other clubs.

Club Milestones: We hosted a Buddy Club Meeting with BNP Paribus, conducted New Member Induction & Orientation, and welcomed an Area C3 Director Visit. Our International Speech and Table Topics Club Contest was a standout success.

February Initiatives included: Buddy Club Meeting, Community Campaign, New Member Induction & Orientation, Club Contest — ISC and TT, and the Area Director Visit.

It was wonderful to see our club reach 10/10 DCP progress and host such impactful events. Thank you for your continued enthusiasm, support, and commitment to making Medley a vibrant and supportive learning community.

Dear Medley Members,

January 2026 marked a powerful start to our new term. With 100% Pathways Enrollment, 9/10 DCP Progress, and 10 speeches delivered — the energy was electric from Day 1.

Our members demonstrated exceptional dedication with 3 Icebreaker speeches, 2 Educational Sessions, 1 Level Completion, and 3 Advanced Speech Projects delivered in just the first month.

Member Recognition this month goes to TM Pradeepkumar S (Rising Star of the Month) and TM Shanmugavel (Star of the Month) — both exemplifying the Medley spirit of consistent growth.

Beyond meetings, our members shone across clubs — DTM Thomas, DTM Guruprasad, TM Sundaresan, TM Shanmugavel, TM Senthil Kumar, and TM Vijayarajan all contributed through service roles outside Medley.

We also celebrated the Medley Smashers initiative — encouraging connection through the Medley Marathon, Medley Badminton, and Medley Unplugged events.

On governance: ExCom was installed, the budget for Term Jan–Jun 2026 was passed, and our ExCom installation video went viral on Instagram with 3K+ views in just 2 days!

Thank you for showing up and supporting one another. Keeping the member at the centre, this month reflected the true spirit of connection, courage, and collective growth.
